In the last decade, Azerbaijan has achieved significant progress in the fields of economy, infrastructure, social services, and culture. Economic Development: Azerbaijan's economy has shown rapid growth in recent years. While the oil and gas sector forms the economic base, the policy of economic diversification has focused on developing the non-oil sector. Various projects have been implemented in industry, agriculture, tourism, and the service sectors. The growth of the non-oil sector, support for startups and small and medium-sized enterprises, and the creation of new jobs are the foundations of this development.

New Parks Opened in Recent Years: In the last 10 years, several new parks and recreational areas have been created in Baku. These parks aim to expand the city's green spaces, provide recreational areas for residents, and enhance the overall appearance of the city. Below are some of the key parks opened in recent years:

1. Baku Boulevard (Seaside National Park): Baku Boulevard has been expanded and redeveloped. New recreational areas, walking paths, bicycle lanes, and playgrounds for children have been added.
2. Fountains Square Park: Located in the city center, this park has been renovated with a new design and enriched with modern recreational spaces.
3. Shah Ismail Khatai Park: Located in the Shah Ismail Khatai district, this park is equipped with modern recreational areas.

6. Tabriz Park: This park, opened on Tabriz Street, increases the city’s green spaces and provides a relaxing environment for residents.
7. Baku Crystal Hall Park: The park created around the Baku Crystal Hall is designed in line with modern aesthetics and offers favorable conditions for events.
8. Park Around Baku Zoo: The new park surrounding the zoo provides visitors with additional recreational opportunities.
9. Nasimi Park: Located in the Nasimi district, this park features modern recreational areas and green spaces.
